Barnet Tradepost Wellness center is offering a new Yoga class with Yogini Karen of Kamalika-K.
Restorative Yoga is mainly done on the floor, utilizing various held poses with blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body, which allows for total relaxation and rejuvenation of muscles and fascia.
$20 per class or $110 for six week series
